Our lives are not perfect, and our world is not perfect. Sin has done a number on our world. It has utterly ruined and destroyed everything that it encounters. Because of the world’s fallen, sinful nature, we have problems, issues and other troubling situations and circumstances that often result in significant worry and concern. They can feel like burdens and even like we have the entire world resting on our shoulders.
However, in several places throughout the Bible, Christians are informed that they are not alone in those worrisome times. Instead of carrying and shouldering those burdens, cast them on Him. He will give those who are weary, tired and beaten up by the world rest. Whatever the situation, whatever the circumstances, no matter how insurmountable they may seem, He will provide.

He is greater than all of our problems, more than capable of providing exactly what we need when we need it and even more than we can possibly imagine.
